We are seeking to add another Residential Campus Supervisor to our team! Ironwood is committed to developing it's employees and offering promotional opportunities, but also value relevant experiences and perspectives to develop our vision and fulfil our mission.
Campus Supervisors will need to exemplify skills in collaboration and teamwork.
This position requires strong communication skills, thoughtful organization, the ability to multitask, and most importantly someone who is able to form healthy connections with adolescents and adults alike.
Campus supervisors lead from within, and function as an integral member of the Ironwood team.
Core responsibilities include:
supporting and supervising all direct support staff, providing relief and support during interventions as needed, coordinating with the Campus Manager regarding staff assignments, serve as a role model for Behavioral Health Workers; building rapport with residents within appropriate professional boundaries; creating opportunities for residents to rediscover values and develop skills to cope with challenges; helping students develop a relationship with the natural world and learn how to get along with others in healthy and cooperative ways; evaluating the results of students' choices; and encouraging residents to develop improved strategies and problem-solving skills.
Campus Supervisors must be skilled Behavioral Health Professionals and perform the following direct care duties:
Maintain consistency with program expectations and offers feedback and advice to staff in this area Oversee a big picture view of daily routines and student responsibilities that include but are not limited to chores, daily schedule, activities and goals.
Facilitation of student enrichment programing Maintain program expectations and encourage healthy growth in our residents.
Oversight of daily routines including, but not limited to:
meals, chores, school, and enrichment activities.
Assist in New Admissions Orientations Support in behavioral interventions and reflections QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE Required Competencies:

Must be able to traverse irregular, uneven, and steep terrain Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Must be able to complete tasks in a noisy environment Must be able to adhere to process protocol Must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner Required/Preferred
Qualifications:

years experience working directly with youth required Must be able to pass extensive background checks High school diploma/GED required College degree in related fields preferred (recreation therapy, behavioral health, etc) Current CPR, Safety-Care, CRMA, First-Aid Certifications, andCertified BHP a plus Job Type:
